The Dissertation Abstracts (formerly "Dissertation Abstracts
International") database is indeed available online. However, you'll
either need to pay for access, or go through your university if its
library has already negotiated access for its students. Here is one
such pay site: http://www.dialog.com/products/dialogselect/ If this
will suffice for an answer, please let me know, and I'll post it as
such. Or you could let us know with which school you are affiliated
and we could do a search to see whether the database might be
accessible through your school library.
