I am trying to find contact information or any web site or phone
number for Allan C Hill circus. Apparently he had some circus Tiny
Tim used to be in, during the 1980's.

Howdy mervo,

Through a circus, etc. memorabilia site, I found out the
following short history on the Hill circus.
http://www.pinballhistory.com/related.html

"In the early 1980's, the circus was sold to Allen C. Hill
who renamed it to Hoxie's Great American Circus. Later he
changed the name again to Allen C. Hill's Great American
Circus."

There are some references to the Great Amercian Circus
being defunct, and the last mentions of the Great
American Circus I have found are from 1992.

That said, I found a reference to a Great American Circus
with a Sarasota, Florida address.
http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/Vines/5542/bad_circuses.html

Great American Circus
2477 Stickney Road 307 B
Sarasota, FL 34231

I did a lookup at the AT&T directory website for them, and
that yielded almost the same address as above, along with a
phone number.

Sarasota, FL 34231

I found a Google cached web page from the St. Martha
Catholic Church (located in Sarasota, Florida) newsletter
which does indicate that Allan (also referenced as Alan
in some places) Hill was in the Sarasota area as of
January, 2003, so it looks like it should be a good lead.

"The wheels that you see on the side of the organ, and the
Circus Wagon in the courtyard, are all gifts from the Circus
entrepreneur Allan Hill."

Tiny Tim did indeed tour with them; here is the Rome Sentinel
Inc. of Rome, NY, USA web page quote from their article dated
August 18, 1987 on one of his appearances with them.
http://www.rny.com/archive/history/1997/august/0818.html

"Tiny Tim, remembered for his falsetto rendition of "Tiptoe
Through the Tulips," will perform Aug. 30 in Stanwix Heights
with the Allan C. Hill's Great American Circus."

If you need any clarification, feel free to ask.
