You might consider the following:
1. Contact the physician directly. If she is going to be formally
introduced at a gathering, she would probably appreciate the
opportunity to provide this information and/or CV.
Presumably, the organizers of the meeting would have the physician's
contact information; if not, you might call her office to request the
information. Note: the chances of finding her CV on-line are scant.
2. Any of her peer-reviewed papers can be found with a simple Medline
search (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed/). Just enter her last
name and an initial (eg., smith j). If you receive too many hits,
narrow the search (ie., "smith j neurology"; or, "smith j texas" [eg.,
enter the state(s) she has practiced in].
3. Doing an internet search of her name (ie., google) may reveal some
of her awards, accomplishments and society memberships &c (eg., AAN:
American Academy of Neurology; ANA: American Neurological Association)
available in the public domain. However, any such information may not
be comprehensive, up-to-date, or fully accurate. |
