Hi, I am applying for a Fulbright Scholarship. I am not in school
right now, and am therefore considered an At-Large candidate.
Most importantly I would like to do a project dealing with Former
Soviet republics.
I was leaning towards graduate school in England, but am not ruling
out other options including not in a school .
I also would be interested but do not require the project be involved
in promoting capitalism, democracy, free markets, etc..
My domestic career was as a Financial Advisor. Most recently I was in
a US government volunteer program in Kazakhstan working at a Kazakh
government bank.
I would like ideas for projects dealing with Former Soviet republics.
The ideas should take into account my background, and interests as
well as Fulbrights mission. It is very important that the answerer be
knowledgeable with Fulbrights mission.
I will post a follow up question as to where to study/work on project
after this question is answered.
Thanks,
