Wannabeamba --

1. Is this a document created in the Microsoft Works file format?
This "integrated" package has database, word processing and
spreadsheet file types and there are at least 5 versions of the
program with different file types:
http://www.zimac.de/works/wkscmp.htm

2. What is the complete file name (with 3-letter file extension) that
you're trying to open?

3. What program do you have available to try opening the file?

Best regards,

Omnivorous-GA

You should be able to open (and convert to WP format) this file type
easily using MS Word 2000. Other versions would probably do the trick
too, but I haven't tested them.

Hi,

If MS Word didn't help, then my suggestion is: try to use some
services, converting your .wps to .pdf.

1) http://createpdf.adobe.com . Online service, supports Wordperfect
and Works. Allow to make 5 first conversions for free.
2) http://www.teamprinting.com/toolbox.asp link to "convert". Online
service. Free trial. Sends results to your e-mail.
3) http://www.neevia.com/products.htm "Neevia Document Converter Pro".
Shareware, supports Wordperfect and Works.

Good luck!
