What sort of timeframe are you interested in?
That is, was this a recent filing in the past, say, three years?
Or are you looking for a suit filed decades ago?
Also, what sort of answer are you looking for? Do you want a list of
every lawsuit filed by people with the three surnames you listed? Or
is there some way to narrow things down a bit?

I think it would also be particularly helpful if we knew what the
lawsuit allegations were/are, details about the complaint, details
about the suit, which parties might have been the plaintiffs and which
were defendants, etc.

Hello bigbob-ga,
I've had a look around at the major court sites for southern Florida,
and they all have access to information on lawsuits going back more
than three decades in some cases. As you might imagine, there are
very many lawsuits involving the three last names you posted, along
with information about the type of each case, its timing, and its
disposition.
If you would like, I can post, as an answer here, detailed
instructions as to how you can access the information yourself at the
major courts in southern Florida, so that you can peruse the cases,
and determine which ones would be of interest to you.
While it would be possible to extract all the cases involving those
three last names, I hesitate to do that. For one, the list would be
extremely long -- one court had over 26 pages of records (more than
500 cases) just for the name "Bridges".
It's also hard to see the value in posting a whole lot of information
that wouldn't be relevant to your needs and that -- at least for the
people involved in the cases -- they might rather not have publicized.
Searching the records can be a bit tricky, but I would be glad to
"walk you through" the process, if that would be of help. A typical
record looks like this:
COTNER vs SPAINHOUR [party names -- I removed the first names]
1984-2150-CC-26 13-1984-CC-002150-0000-26 N/A 01 [docket/case
numbers]
05/15/84 [date filed]
LANDLORD/TENANT [type of case]
BROWARD COUNTY [location of case]
Let me know how you would like to proceed.

Hello bigbob-ga,
It's very difficult to give a negative answer to a question like
yours...that is, I can't say with 100% certainty that no lawsuit has
been filed in this matter.
I CAN say, however, that I've looked in detail at cases filed in
Broward County and Palm Beach County for the past two years, and I do
not find any relevant cases under the names of Cotner, Brauer or
Bridges. I have also searched cases in the entire state of Florida,
but again, nothing shows up that matches the names and case
description you gave.
There is no information about such a case in newspaper records,
either.
Cases do show up under these names, of course, but they are not for
the correct first names, or are not the correct types of cases.
Is there any other information you can provide here? Name of the
condo association or insurance company, for instance? Do you have
reason to believe a case has been filed? Any additional information
you can provide would be helpful in nailing this down.
