I've located a send-up of the poem.  It begins:

"I love a smog-bound country.
A land of freeway covered plains..."


Is this the send-up that you're seeking?  It's possible that there has
been more than one send-up of this poem. Do you know any specific
details about the send-up that you're seeking?
