Howdy Mohammad,

Are you actually using the command:

smbpasswd -r dc1 -j domain.com -U admin

or are you replacing domain.com with the domain name
you are trying to access?

Thanks! denco-ga

What is is the specific domain you are trying to connect to from
your RedHat Linux machine? It will will not be domain.com, but
rather something else, such as google.com or samspade.org, etc.

Thanks! denco-ga

Dear Denco,

The domain's name is iaus.edu. This is an internal domain for our lan
