Hi 111317t, As of December 1st, 2002, Avance has been engaged in a totally new business. Avance's previous business in providing ICs and related services has been transferred to Realtek Semiconductor Corp. To get your driver, start here: RealTek http://www.realtek.com.tw/pctech/pc-drivers1-1.aspx?lineid=5&famid=12&series=8&Software=True On the left, select SOUND IC's On the resulting page, in the Sound ICs list, select ALS4000 On the resulting page, select your correct operating ssytem, and a download location.
