A large law firm in Atlanta some five years ago recommended to me to
open an a ccount offshore with Bank of Bermuda....five years later
thru their advice and actions, I've lost millions thru fraud and just
plain stupidity....I want to report then to the SEC, NASD, Federal
Banking Regulatory Authoriey, and the Nasdaq stock exchange...could
you find out for me the addresses, phone numbers, and the names of
persons that work for these agencies that might can helpl me....It
would be futile to file suit but I might help the next person from
losing their life savings as I did....

If I can suggest an additional agency to add to Scriptor's excellent
(as always!) work, you might also want to check out the Federal Trade
Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection complaint form at:

https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

As they note:

"While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your
complaint helps us investigate fraud, and can lead to law enforcement
action. The FTC enters Internet, telemarketing, identity theft and
other fraud-related complaints into Consumer Sentinel®, a secure,
online database available to hundreds of civil and criminal law
enforcement agencies worldwide."
