I came across a site a few weeks ago that I have tried to locate
again. The site was a small one that carried a small assortment of
inexpensive western/cowboy theme party supplies. (These were all paper
products. They were printed on brown paper: a postcard invitation,
"reading roundup" bookmarks, and a memory book. The words "roundup"
were used on the materials along with a lasso and birthday cake with
candles and red ink. They had a country/old fashioned look to them.) I
have tried numerous entries in the search engines and have been unable
to locate this site. Most of the search engines return the big party
supply companies. This site was individually owned.

Greetings, karih7!

I am pretty certain that I have found the site that you are seeking.

It's called "Aunty Ann's Party Goods".
http://www.auntyann.com

The story of the company's genesis is here
(click "Who? Why? Where?" on the menu on the main page):
"Aunty Ann's Party Goods came into being because two friends decided
to get married.

Actually, that was the second reason. The first reason Aunty Ann's
Party Goods came into being is because Ann Wolf was a bored freelance
technical writer looking for trouble.

And then, the neighbors wanted to give a wedding shower for the happy
couple, but nobody knew any of the couple's family, friends, or
coworkers. We were worried that the party would be a dud, with
everybody sitting across the room from everybody else and not having
anything to do. So I said, "Well, let's just go get one of those
game-pad thingys that we used to have at parties like this, that'll
liven things up a bit." Except I couldn't find one worth the matches
it would take to burn it to ashes. At least, after looking at them,
that is pretty much what my opinion was. These game pads were old,
like from the 1950's. OK, a few were printed in the 1960's. But,
still, they showed women dressed in shirtwaist dresses with peter pan
collars and pearl necklaces all standing around trying to drop a
wooden clothespin into a glass milk bottle, and if you know what
either one of those items are or that style of dress, you are either a
collector of vintage items, or you were there! …it's OK, so was I.

I thought I could do better than that. And, that's how Aunty Ann's
Party Goods came to be."
(their Contact address, phone number, and
e-mail address also appear on this page)

A tough one! There are products similar to those you described at
<http://www.partypoopers.com/store/themes/Western/index.cfm?overture=western_partysupplies_google>,
but it's a major party supply site.
