I am asking this question on behalf of a business. When I say "we", I
am referring to the business as a corporate entity.

"We" are a small IT consulting company in Chicago. We have sold a
software project to a customer. Delivery of the project requires some
software development using some specialty AS/400 programming skills.
We have found a person with the skills to build the product. It so
happens that the person we found is a citizen of India, and requires
an H-1B Work Visa transfer from their current job in Tennessee.

We've never hired an H-1B before, and need some help immediatelly in
order to close this deal.

Please describe in detail the entire process we'll need to go through
in order to hire this person. Include costs, timelines, requirements,
etc. Please list three attorneys and their fees.
