We have a SQL Server 7.0 database, each user logs in with a
username/password. What's the recommended approach for having audit
logs available for security audits/accountability? Is it all contained
within the transaction log for the db? Is there an easy way to view
that information? Is there a cost-affordable method to do this or does
it require a 3rd party product or a lot of extra development?
