As the name implies, some of the softwares above are for very specific
tasks. However, if you visit the companies' websites, you will notice
that those companies have a broad range of different softwares
available. If the software needed for your specific purpose is not up
there, it will most likely be on the product page with the most
similar product. You could also post here what your purpose is and I
can locate the product for you.
There are also less reputable but more affordable softwares available;
