I am looking for specific documentation detailing when the Carville
Energy Center declared Commercial Operation.  Carville Energy Center
is a natural gas fired power plant located in St. Gabriel, Louisiana. 
It is owned by Calpine Corp., operating as Carville Energy LLC, was
constructed by Gilbert Southern Corp., designed by Bibb & Associates,
and the power produced is being sold to Entergy.  There may be a FERC
filing for the Commercial Operation Date (COD).  I believe the COD to
be 6/17/03.
