Does Washington, DC have a "flower market" in the traditional sense?
Like a location where local florists go to buy their flowers wholesale
for the week, but may be open to the public as well... (I'm getting
married soon, and would like to buy my own flowers and save the
outrageous mark-up that florists charge.)
