I am confident that the song you are looking for is "Woman, Woman," a
big 1967-68 hit by Gary Puckett and the Union Gap.

The chorus of that song, repeated at least four times during the hit
version, consists of the following line:
"Woman oh woman, have you got cheating on your mind? "
