Nice statistics for FULL (sur)names can be retrieved from 1990 US
census data. See http://www.census.gov/genealogy/www/namesearch.html

No good statistics is available for PARTS of names.
Full (sur)name files with corresponding frequencies can be downloaded
from http://www.census.gov/genealogy/names/ , but then you need to
write a small and simple programm on either language to parse file and
compute total frequency as a sum of "good" (sur)name frequencies.

no results for suffix "Jr" or others, though..
