What percentage of children in New York City are currently living at
or below the federal poverty line?

HI there. Two people have already tried to answer this with incorrect
stats. I need the CURRENT poverty rate in NYC for children. That is,
2003. If the data is not from 2003, then it is not what I need.
Thanks, Elizabeth
