The following is what FrontPage gives me about 'video' - I do just
that but it doesen't get published - how do I publish a video to the
web with FrontPage? Thanks.

Add a video
In Page view, position the insertion point where you want to insert a
video.
On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click Video. 
Browse to the video file and select it. 
Set the properties for the video. 
How?

Right-click the video, click Picture Properties on the shortcut menu
(shortcut menu: A menu that shows a list of commands relevant to a
particular item. To display a shortcut menu, right-click an item or
press SHIFT+F10.), and then click the Video tab. Do one or more of the
following:

To play the video whenever the page is loaded in a site visitor's Web
browser, select the On file open check box.
To play the video whenever a site visitor moves the mouse over the
video, select the On mouse over check box.
In the Loop box, enter the number of times you want to play the video,
or select Forever for continuous play.
To set a delay between playbacks, enter the delay time in milliseconds
in the Loop delay box.
Note   Some Web browsers do not support video.

Tip

To see how the video will be played with its current settings, click
the Preview  button.
