The Google Team never seems to fail,and I have asked some tough
questions in the
past. This is reasonable ! I am a disabled veteran,retired, who still
needs the stimulation of learning new technologies, despite being 58.
It has nothing to do with a career, as that is not my direction. I
have been searching for a quality school or technical institute that
offers courses in Virtual Reality -SOFTWARE & HARDWARE. I want to
begin from the ground-up,as I know little VRML or Haptic devices. A
rigid school structure would not be a option, such as the MIT lab.
Of course, costs are of concern, but at the same time, I prefer
attending a class rather than learning on-line. So the question is: 
Is there any educational
institution, institute, or private school that offers a structured
program that
is concerned about the quality of education and maintains state of the
art
resources in New York ( I reside on Long Island) or possibly New
Jersey or Conn.?
This is not carer oriented but strictly a personal endeavor to acquire
skills and knowledge.
