Greetings, zaybu!

I took a look at this site, and I believe that I can tell you why it
is not listed on Google.

Either
1) It has never been submitted to Google to be crawled by the
Googlebot; or
2) The Googlebot visited it once, decided that there was no content on
the site, and did not come back.

1) While some sites are originally found by the Googlebot because it
crawls other pages which have links to those sites and follows them,
the only way to be *sure* that the Googlebot will find a site is to
submit it to be crawled. You can do that here:

(Be aware that it may take anywhere from 1 to 3 months for your site
to start showing up on Google; however, since Google also uses DMOZ as
a guide to its indexing efforts.)

2) This site only has one page, and there is very little text (what
the Googlebot considers content) on that page. This site consists
mainly of links to 4 **external** pages. To the Googlebot, this page
looks like a "placeholder" or perhaps even a "link exchange" page --
and the Googlebot is only interested in indexing sites with real
content.

The way to convince the Googlebot to index this site would be to
"flesh out" the main page with a few paragraphs describing the purpose
of the site, and giving some background information. If the content at
the Yahoo! Profile page and the 2 blog pages belongs to the owner of
http://www.josephpalazzo.com, the owner should include that content as
subpages on this site, rather than just linking to the external pages,
with the links on the main page pointing to those subpages.

Before Rating my Answer, if you have any questions about this
information, please post a Request for Clarification, and I will see
what I can do for you.

I hope that this Answer provides exactly the information that you
needed!

Best Wishes,
