I need to find 3-4 freelance software developers - from Eastern
Europe, India or China - who have a proven trackrecord with VB (Visual
Basic) programming for OUTLOOK EXPRESS. And wo can do plug-in
developement.

Are you sure you mean Outlook Express? Outlook is programmable, but OE
is much less so?

Yes Im sure. Thats why I ask - and pay for the answer. It's dificult
to find people with Ourlook Express programming background.
