I need a *credible* estimate to the question:  What percentage of
people browsing the web have speakers (so they can hear sound)

If you ask any comp. owner, I`m sure they would say , after having
experienced sound and music along with the data on the screen, they
would prefer this to silence. also some nice jazz music going cuts out
the sound of the CPU fan, which to me is a bit annoying.















I`m one of the percentage of those with a set of speakers attached to
my comp. It`s nice to listen to a bit of jazz while typing. Also it
helps cut out the sound of the cpu fan, as I find it annoying. One of
these days they will invent a silent case or else soundproof it. But
until then, it`s speakers for me! Go! Louis.
