Hi
Our company is constantly flooded with new ideas and products. We
have now set up a group that will evaluate these ideas more
systematically to see if they can be turned into commercial products.
I am looking for a model or template that we could use to evaluate
these opportunites.
I have found plenty of models for inventors or small businesses that
wish to bring a product idea to market but we need a method to be able
to size up an opportunity to see whether it is worth pursuing.
