"Big is better?" Do you believe this to be the case for organisations
in the 21st Century? For many organisations the basis of competition
has shifted to groups of companies competing against other groups. Inn
the 90s the corporate world was dominated by takeovers, the trend is
now shifting to acquisitions and alliances. However, firms find that
the financial benefits and market dominance expected from such
investments often falls short of their expectations. The frequency of
subsequent divestment strategies by firms in such a position has
increased. The success of these divestment strategies, which are often
linked to bad acquisitions, may become the determinant of future
survival of those firms that pursue these type of policies.
Using specific examples, discuss the current trends together with the
organisational and management issues associated with these strategies.
Quote as many case studies (examples) as possible and references.
Framework should include introduction - size is it a matter?, content,
conclusion, references and case studies (examples).

Dear Nickay,

2,500 words is app. 9-page paper. At the rate of 37.5$/9 (Researchers
get 75% of the sum), this is about $6 for a researched page. I doubt
it, if you could get a well-researched answer for such an amount.

Would you be satisfied with a collection of material that would help
you write this 9-page answer?
