Could you tell me which is the surname and which is the first name?  I
have located chemistry articles by Venkataramaiah, Y.  Published in
1927, and also some from a previous time.  The first name is not spelt
out, so I cannot confirm.  Do you have any other information about
this person, where they worked, where they studied, etc.
