COMPUTER WEBSITE DESIGNER.  Knowledge base of HTML, Dreamweaver, etc. 
Minimal experience required, option to work at home on a per project

I need help creating a email to send that is professional format and
may interest them.  I have extensive knowledge of dreamweaver and
html.  I also have experience with php, asp, javascript, coldfusion,
and databases.  However, I do not have any websites online that I can
cite as examples at this time.
