Hello.

The business does exist and is located in Saint Petersburg, Florida,
but the Better Business Bureau indicates that the company "has an
unsatisfactory record."

See:

"BBB Reliability Report
Bill Brown Travel Corp
696 1st Ave N Ste 100
Saint Petersburg, FL 33701
...
Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the
Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s).
The Better Business Bureau has also received a pattern of complaints
concerning sales practices, unsatisfactory business performance,
refund disputes, and credit or billing disputes
...
Additional Doing-Business-As Names: Capital Vacations"
source: Better Business Bureau of West Florida,

Also see this alert from another Better Business Bureau branch:

"CAPITAL VACATIONS IS CALLING---BEWARE!
Date: June 9, 2003
CAPITAL VACATIONS
MAKING CALLS TO OUR REGION! BEWARE!
TheLocalBBB has been receiving calls from our service area regarding a
company calling themselves CAPITAL VACATIONS (888) 824-7675. This
company is out of Florida, but goes by a number of other business
names:
Free Stuff For You, Imperial Majesty, Paradise Vacations, Membership
Services, Capital Travel, Two Talk Communications, Travel Agent
Network (TAN), and Bill Brown Travel.
Do not be fooled by this offer. The company (and its’ many names) has
an unsatisfactory record with their BBB for unanswered complaints on a
number of issues, one of them being unauthorized charges to your
account for vacation vouchers, or other programs or products offered
by this company."
