The tables below illustrate the performance of a Company's five (5) 
sales regions. The key event that occurred between observation one and 
two was the introduction of a new product. This product was introduced 
evenly across all five regions. What information can you discern from 
this data? Provide eight bulleted facts.

Here are the facts I observed.  Choose your favorite 8:

- sales in all regions have increased after the introduction of the
new product.

- the introduction of the new product has had differing effects on
overall sales within the regions.  Some have increased dramatically,
while some have increased very little.  It could be that some regions
are not selling very much of the new product or that the new product
is cannibalizing sales of the old product in some regions (these are
possible hypotheses, not facts).

- Region 1 sales have increased by 30% after the introduction of the
new product.

- Region 2 sales have increased by about 2% after the introduction of
the new product.

- Region 3 sales have increased by about 8% after the introduction of
the new product.

- Region 4 sales have increased by almost 30% after the introduction
of new product.

- Region 5 sales have increased by about 10% after the introduction of
the new product.

- Region 1 had the largest percentage increase in sales after the
introduction of the new product.

- Region 2 had the smallest percentage increase in sales after
introduction of the new product.

- the Company's total sales have increased by about 15% after the
introduction of the new product.

- before introduction of the new product, the regions were ranked in
the following order by sales (highest to lowest) Region 5, Region 4,
Region 3, Region 2, Region 1.

- after introduction of the new product, the regions were ranked in
the following order by sales (highest to lowest) Region 4, Region 5,
Region 3, Region 2, Region 1.

- Region 4 displaced Region 5 as the region selling the most after
introduction of the new product.

- Region 4 experienced the largest absolute increase in sales after
introduction of the new product.

- Region 2 experienced the smallest absolute increase in sales after
introduction of the new product.
