My web portal www.ethnictourism.com hosted in the month of May was listed prominently in the first pages on all important key word searches and in all major search engines like google and yahoo. After a week or so, I found that the site has no major listings. The site is now listed in only in a few categories and that too in the third or fourth pages. The question that I would like to ask is: How did my site go down in the order after nearly a week of enjoying prime position and how can I get my site to the prominent listing in the first pages. Thank you Best regards, Jaleel |

Hi, Recently added sites are usually ranked a little bit higher than they should during a week are two in order to be known. For a better understanding of Google, Yahoo and other search engines optimisation I would advice that you carefully read http://www.webmasterworld.com/ Search strategy : "google indexing" Mirgolth |
