There are plenty of email lists available for sale that concentrate on
gamblers.  But I'm not aware of any that specifically focus on
gamblers in Nevada.  Most of them are opt-in list of people who use
on-line gambling/gaming websites.

to your question.

What about those gamblers in Nevada who use casinos in Las Vegas?  Is
it possible to get email addresses of such people?  Or on the other
hand is it possible to get emails of those gamblers who play Black
Jack for instance?

There are services that advertise that they will -- for a price --
compile very targeted email lists to meet your interests.

It should be possible for them to compile a list of gamblers in
Nevada.  It may also be possible to get a list of black jack players. 
It may even be possible for them to drill down deeper and get a
specialty list of black jack players in Nevada.

I can certainly provide you contact information for these services, if
that would constitute and adequate answer to your question.

HOWEVER, I have not had experience myself in requesting such a
highly-targeted list as you are seeking.  Therefore, you would have to
come to your own judgements as to whether the services they offer can
meet your highly-targeted needs.

There are a number of services that can supply the information you
need.  In general, email list services can either supply you with a
list of email addresses, or they can do a mass-mailing for you based
on the information you provide.  Prices are variable depending on the
type of service you ask for, the specificity of your targets, and the
number of addresses you ask for.

I highly recommend contacting any service you are interested in
directly, to discuss with them their capabilities (and limitations) in
getting you just the information you need.  I've included contact
