The United States is committed to the ideal of the rule of law as distinct from politics, but many key crises of American Constitutional history raise the possibility that the rule of law might be entangled with the demands of politics. Does it make sense to draw a stark line between law and politics at the constitutional level? Or are the two mutually interdependent and reinforcing? Use either the conflict between Jefferson and Hamilton in the 1790s or the conflict between Jefferson and Marshall in 1801-1805, or both. --------------------------- I need to write precisely about the topic (4-5 pages double spaced). I am having problems with writing it out, so it would be great if someone can help with with that. Please don't cut and paste search results or content from the web in the answer. Arrange and edit it so that it flows and makes sense. I can easily find a lot of relevant information about this topic, but what I really need help is to write it out and present in a professional manner. Regards, mark -------------------------------------- | |
