Hi... situation is this: small, private company would like to allow
it's workers to stream audio off an internal LAN server (nothing over
"the Internet"), think andromeda or windows streaming media. Aside
from legally buying the CDs used to populate the server... are there
liability/legal issues by doing this? Any precedent here? The audio
would not be downloadable, only streamed. (Yes I know there are ways
to get around that.)

I've looked at the RIAA website, and I don't think we meet the
definition of "webcaster".

Any insight/references would be appreciated. Tip for a definitive
answer (good luck). :)

Thanks,

Scary
