I am a US citizen. My wife is Romanian. We were just married a few
weeks ago. We have petitioned for an I-130 VISA which we were told
would take about 3 months for processing. Now, since Homeland Security
has taken over immigration, they tell us it will take 9 months! We
would like to petition for a K-3 VISA so she can come and live here
with me while her I-130 is processed, but HOW LONG does a K-3 VISA
take NOW?! And if it's a long time, how do I get her here sooner? I
would like to have her here within 3 months. Is there a way?
