Hi -I've already posted my problem. So many of you have been so kind
to try and help.

I'm really wondering just what these flies are. Are they really fruit
flies? They don't have red eyes. They are black, very tiny, and have
translucent looking wings.

Could these be fruit flies even without the red eyes? If not, what
else do you think they could be.

Also, does anyone know of a place that I could send a specimen too
that would be able to identify what these flies are? Other than the
University of Colorado?

Thanks
