Where can I purchase the following childhood records?:

1) Tale of Dickey Dragon (or Tail of Dicky Dragon, etc - not sure of
spelling).
This was a 45, but I'd be very happy with MP3, CD, etc.

2) Pinkey Kanaday (or Pinky Canady, etc - again, not sure of
spelling).
This was an album, again any format acceptable. It included the
following songs: 'Woke up this morning with a bump on my head', 'Jenny
Brown', 'Lady Goodiva'.

Both would have been purchased in Bettendorf, Iowa around in the early
to mid 1960's.
