No - the product I found is a mini mannequin about 14 inches high that
has a silk duponi fabric body. They come in different colors and are
being used as a point of sale display for necklaces at a kiosk at a
local mall and they are not for sale.  The label on the mannequin
shows "Holly Linens Made in the USA as the company that made it.  I am
trying to locate the company that produces the products under the
Holly Linens manufacturing label.

It is not related to a holly tree or holiday holly products.  
Unfortunately, all my research kept coming up with holiday holly tree
type items similar to the one you sent me.
