I am writing a paper on the Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse.
'Mandatory Reporting' refers to a law introduced in Victoria,
Australia that mandates certain professionals to report cases of
suspected child abuse.

I am looking for some appropriate quotes from any 'respectable'
sources (ie: not movie starts or celebrities) (Biblical quotes or
quotes by Judges, politicians or victims are fine).

The quotes should not only be related to child abuse but to the
'reporting' of child abuse. If this is too difficult, I will settle
for quotes relating to the importance of protecting children in
society etc. The quotes are not for 'information' purposes, but more
for drama purposes. Ie: to begin the paper with a quote and perhaps
insert some in a conclusion or introduction.
