Where can I purchase a fully operable Wimshurst Electrostatic
Generator for under $100 online, OTHER THAN by auction or other
non-shop-like avenues?  Preferably with discs larger than 12 
inches in diameter, but with or without leyden jar capacitors.

Tips: It is a somewhat common physics demonstration device,
much like a Van de Graff generator, but superior.  I am 
currently in the process of constructing my own, but would 
like to find one offered for said price or less with quality.

I can only find one generator for under $100, and it has 250mm plates,
which is a bit under your 12-inch limit.  Sorry.
