In outlook express on Windows, how can I view sort my address book by
company name. It currently shows, Name, Email, Business phone and Home
phone as the column headers. There must be a way to add Company name
as a header so I can view/sort. ??

This is weird, but it works :-)

I'm using Outlook Express 5.5, but I'm assuming this will work with
any version:

1.) Open your addressbook

2.) Right-click on either "business phone" or "home phone" column
header.

3.) Select "company" from the menu that appears.

4.) Click on the newly renamed "company" header to sort by it.

That's it!

I found no way to add a fifth column, but I guess you can change the
last two. The name and e-mail columns appear to be unchangeable.
Like I said, seems to be a little weird and there's no way to do it
besides right-clicking the last two columns. I discovered this by
accident.

Thanks for the question and if you require more information, don't
hesitate to ask for clarification. And if you find this answer
satisfactory, please feel free to rate it. Thank you!
