i need to know places where i can call and get expert medical advice
about endocrinology. i need a hot line where i can call any time to
ask about medical questions? thyroid, groth hormone and all
endocrinology qusetions. money is not an issue. is there a hot line
number where doctors or experts can answer all of my lengthy detailed
questions for a price??

P.S.: It would help if I knew in which state you would be calling
from..some only offer their services to certain areas.
Also, there is a really great service and though you can ask questions
through phone or email, it is possible that you might have to wait up
to 24 hours (no more than 24 hours..usually much less) for your
answer...would this wait be acceptable?

hello! i would rather speak to an experet one on one as though he/she
were my doctor. i have alot of questions and have no problem paying an
hours worth to get my questions answerd. if that is all you can find
then ill take it. hotlines and helplines dont care how many times u
call because they make money. i know that i will be calling alot if
they know what they are talking about. i live in ohio.

The service is offered by Kasamba, and this is another "Expert"
service.
You can see the qualifications of the specialist on the page above. 
The process is, you request advice, the specialist gets back to you
and you either chat with him or you get your answer through email.

Since the advice is not as readily available as a phone call, this is
just a side note incase you might want something like this.

I had to screen through the list to make sure
1) the specialist actually offers such consultations
and
2) the specialist is reputable/reliable and not one of the many fluke
scam artists out there.

So, finally, I've compiled the list:

their offices.  You will first need to be referred to an appropriate
one and then build a one-on-one relationship.

Other endocrinology hotlines/contacts/helplines were either only
available in their own respective countries, or only offered
consultations to a very specific area of endocrinology.

I would contact Mahmood Mohamadi first and try his service before
resorting to the other two for a more personal attention.  After
speaking with him, if you could let me know whether you'd like to use
his service or not, then I will be able to help you further.  In the
case that you do not, I will call on your behalf to the other two
consultant groups' offices and request several direct extensions so
that you do not have to go through the secretary/voicemail system
every time.
