What is the name of the underwater breathing device that James Bond
uses?  It has a mouth piece and two  bulb like attachments on either
side of mouth.  It is "T" shaped.

Thank you for a most interesting question.  The underwater breathing
device (First seen in Thunderball) is called the The Rebreather.  :)
