When I was using Windows 95 or 98, I had no trouble in saving iamges downloaded. The opearting system will automatically add the appropriate file extension. After I switched to Windows XP Home, I can still save images downloaded as before, except jpgs. Each time I must manually add the extensin ".jpg". If not, the saved file cannot be viewed by any browser or applaication, unitl I amended the file name by ading the extension ".jpg". I don't think this is intended by XP Home. How can I get rid of this inconvenience? | |
