Name of two male comedians that spoke almost at the same time creating
a sort of echo effect. About ten years ago. One would answer questions
and the other one would answer the exact way but a fraction of a
second later.
How I can get a vhs or dvd of them?

I've heard a very similar -- perhaps the same -- sketch as the one you
are thinking of.  The sketch was by an American comedy duo, where one
man spoke a fraction of a second after the other.  I don't recall
whether one was answering the other's question.

It's one of the funniest things I've ever heard, and I remember it
about ten years later, just as you do.  (Perhaps we heard the same
show!)

The comedians actually performed this and other sketches more than ten
years ago -- they were active from the 1940s to the 1980s.  These
particular characters recurred several times in this duo's
performances.

I have not found these sketches on video, but they are on CD and audio
cassette.

Would information about this duo and the CDs and cassettes with these
sketches be a sufficient answer?

A minor correction:  For some reason, I thought that you were saying
that one character answered the other's question.  But you were
actually saying that they both were answering a question, one right
after the other.  This is what I recall hearing too.
