I need some information on a compensation package that would be
required to hire and retain a good marketing manager. The following is
some of the criteria I am looking for it can be a range etc. depending
on education and experience. What would be the range for:
1) Fixed Base Salary
2) any bonus
3) any kind of incentive pay
4) Vaction
5)Medical Insurance
6)Retirement plans
7) Any other benefits that may be required.

Speaking as an experienced marketing manager, it is highly dependent upon:
*  skills of the manager
*  industry
*  company situation
*  objectives being set for the manager
*  reputation of existing management
*  existing pay structures, particularly for sales management
