Question ID: 233630
Step by step instructions on how to set up a Windows NT a Domain in a
network.
(What I mean by step-by-step: You must tell me where to go in Windows
NT, what to open, and what to click)

The network will have several computers, running Windows 2000, Windows
XP, Linux & more. Bonus question: Is it possible to get Linux to log
into Windows NT Domain?

I do not know if the OS is Windows NT Server, WinNT Workstation, or
what. Please inform me as to how I can set up a PDC on each variation
of Windows NT (It is 4.0)

Pictures Appreciated. I will be printing these instructions out and
bringing them on-site (This will be a client's network, so it is
important that I get things right)

Hi, odioworks_com-ga:

According to my documentation, "If you want to configure an NT Server
computer as a primary domain controller (PDC), you must do it during
installation. Before you can create a domain, you must have a PDC
already installed and configured." MCSE Windows NT Server 4 for
Dummies, pg. 40.

Hope this helps, mathtalk-ga
