I'm looking for samples of "training portfolios" on the web.

With the term "training portfolio" I mean portfolio of _TRAINERS IN
THE FIELD OF NON FORMAL EDUCATION_ (eg: NOT sport trainers) in which
it's possible to see a review of the competencies held by the trainer,
a statement about the "training philosophy", evidences of past works,
assessments, project under current develop...

Please notice:
* I'm looking for _samples on the web_ (eg: is NOT considered
as valid answer a page where a book with samples in it is reviewed)
* I'm looking for TRAINING portfolios (not "teaching portfolios" or
"teaching doessier" or anything else related to formal educational
system
* The answer will be considered as such only if at least 3 links to 3
concrete samples will be given in it
