All 3 requests must be answered for payment:
1) Looking for an internet merchant account with the following:
  a) Must have discount rate for Visa/Mastercard of 2.00% or less (for
internet transactions)
  b) Must take any type of merchant
  c) Must work with Verisign
  d) Looking for at least 2 companies
2) Looking for a credit card processing company that can process
Filipino-based credit/debit cards in the local currency on the
internet (i.e. not go through a U.S. based credit card processing
company).
3) Looking for Filipino-based banks that can direct deposit to other
Filipino-based bank accounts.  Need to include fees if any.  Looking
for at least 3 banks.
