High ranking member of Al Qaida vows to return the World back to the
stone age. I am looking for any article about this.  I have heard on
the news that the suspected current third highest ranking member of Al
Qaida has made such a public statement.

Being familiar with radical Islamic thought and rhetorics, I suspect
this was an interpretation of the text, rather than an accurate
translation.
